FAQ

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs will correlate to the shipping weight of your order. For example, if your order is under 13 oz., it will be shipped first class at the USPS base/starting rate of $4.75 . Larger pieces will be shipping via Priority Padded Flat Envelope or USPS Priority Box (size/cost will correlate with the size of mailing box required). Orders over the weight of 13 oz to 2 pounds will be charged with the corresponding USPS base rate of $9.35 and up depending on the size of the order. Please allow for one to two days after date of purchase for your item(s) to ship. Tracking will be provided to you once your item(s) have shipped. *Please note- if your piece is commissioned/special request, delivery times will be delayed depending on the size and design of the piece you requested.  
LOCAL PICKUP - available option for the Fort Wayne, Indiana. Please click the "local pickup" option upon checking out. I will correspond with you via email to arrange a pickup date and time. 


NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES
If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email and/or message me photos of the damage ASAP. I will then proceed to discuss next steps with you to reach a positive solution. My items are packaged with great care as to avoid this situation.  â€‹

SOLD OUT OF A PIECE YOU WANTED?
If I am sold out of a piece you are wanting, please message me and I will recreate one for you if possible! Please allow up to one or two weeks (varies due to size/design) for the piece to be finished, followed by 2-3 additional days for shipping. I do try my best to recreate pieces as close to the original piece. Please note there may be slight variations from the original due to my art/pieces being one of a kind.

COMMISSIONS & SPECIAL REQUESTS

I am available for commissions and custom request pieces at this time! I ask that you contact me via email to discuss your request.  If it is holiday season (September-December) are be sure to order your piece in advance to receive it by the date you need. This includes pieces you are wanting to gift to others by a certain date. I will work with you to finish your piece by the desired time, but again, please keep in mind the time to finish a piece varies on the size and detail of said piece. Also, I request a 50% down payment of the total price of the commissioned piece. I am able to create a listing for you for payment and/or accept PayPal and Venmo payments. The down payment amount will be determined once an agreement is made on the size, design details and final price of the piece.
